Registration for ISAR-7 will reopen in the evening on March 3, at the following page operating with Kinki Nippon Tourist Corporate Business Co., Ltd.(KNT).

ISAR-7 Online Registration

On-site Registration opened on March 3.

Online Registration deadline: 23:59 on February 6, 2023 [JST=GMT+9]

All presenters should complete their own registration via online by the deadline. If registration is not confirmed by the deadline, your presentation at ISAR-7 will be cancelled.
Participants other than presenters can register on-site with the late registration fee.
On-site registration will be available at NIPR during the following hours.

  • 12:00 – 17:00, Mar 6 (Mon), 2023
  • 9:00 – 17:00, Mar 7 (Tue), 2023
  • 9:00 – 15:00, Mar 8(Wed) and Mar 9 (Thu), 2023
  • 9:00 – 10:30, Mar 10 (Fri), 2023

* All presenters require Symposium Registration, besides abstract submission.
* You need to register the method of your participation in the symposium (on-site or online). Changes of the participation method can be made by February 6, 2023 via online. If there is a change in participation method after February 6, please contact as soon as possible.
* You can book your accommodation at the same time as your registration.
* ISAR-7 Secretariat shall use the personal information collected during registration for creating the accounts of the ISAR-7 online meeting participation site and managing the site.

*Registration fee includes Admission to Sessions and Symposium materials. No meals are provided.
*ECS: Early Career Scientists up to five years after the completion of Ph.D. including Ph.D. students and Graduate students.


Payment of the registration fee can only be made by credit card.

Change / Cancellation

Regarding the changes and cancellations, a written notification should be sent to Registration Desk by e-mail ( to avoid any trouble.

Cancellation Policy for Registration

Before / On December 19, 2022: JPY 2,000
From December 20, 2022 until February 6, 2023: 50% of registration fee
After February 7, 2023: 100% of registration fee

Visa support

Application deadline: 23:59 on December 19, 2022 [JST=GMT+9]  The application acceptance has closed.

Participants should check if they require a visa to enter Japan on the website of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

Participants who require visa support documents issued by the organizer please fill in the Personal Information Sheet and e-mail it with a scanned copy of your passport to Secretariat by the deadline.

* Please note that the Secretariat will issue the visa support document only for the participants whose abstract was accepted and who have paid their registration fee in full by December 19.
* Visa support documents will be dispatched to applicants by mid-January. The Secretariat will not be held responsible for any delays in obtaining visas due to postal delays.
* Documents submitted will not be used for any purpose other than to issue the visa support documents.
* Please note that applications may be refused if the secretariat deems them inappropriate.
